SPIDERmercenary-games
Hello friends, I'm Spider, the Graphic-Artist/Enemy Designer for Mercenary-Games inviting you to check out our PC game: Vigrior (Vig-ri-or). Our Lead-Engineer is trying to do something crazy by releasing a prototype of our Star-Ship Editor. Should catch your eye, he likes to say the fleet controller "makes APM irrelevant." We're gonna be giving out prototypes today, so ask me if you want a free pass! https://www.kickstart...re/posts/206127 Here's our Desura page: https://www.desura.com/games/vigrior/ -- *update 4-27-12* Great news Gamerz! As of May 1st, we'll be releasing our very first PLAYABLE demo for "Fleetcomm: Operation Vigrior!" (the current demo is essentially a fleet editor/tester, not actual gameplay.) Mark your calendars, sync your watches, and prepare for lift off!
Space Voyager
Good luck with the project! That seems a very low pledge plea, will that really be enough?
silencer_pl
It reminds me of an old game called Deflector I don't like having multiple game clients though Steam and Origin is enough for me... (and Origin is because there is no other option ) Maybe if you release it on Android...
SPIDERmercenary-games
@Space Voyager: It is low, we know that times are difficult financially for everyone, and we just wanna fill basic needs. We've seen a lot of KS pages where they're asking absorbinant amounts of money and they fail; meanwhile if they had asked a more modest goal they'd at least get something for their efforts. So it's best to ask bare minimum should our "overfunding" be minute; better safe than sorry. We're confident with quality weekly updates and assets we can achieve our goal. @silencer:*We've borrowed a little aspect of Deflector, yes. * That's understandable. Our plans are to release the game through Desura and Steam; though we haven't uploaded the prototype to steam yet. As for platforms/devices, we plan to port to PC, Android, MacOS, iOS, and Playstation 3.

SPIDERmercenary-games
Hello gamerz Sorry we couldn't deliver our Demo as we thought we could, but when you have only 2 programmers it can take longer to stitch a game together, and we merely want to make sure that the build is of accptable quality and stable. We have a new ETA on our Demo, which is Thursay May 3 at midnight. We would have loved to release this weeks ago, but between our day jobs, school, Kickstarter and of course Programming, things were slower than we anticipated. And although our Kickstarter page will be closing May 5th 2:59AM EDT (this saturaday) you can still obtain our demo through Desura.com if you missed your chance. We do plan to port to Steam at some point, but it doesn't look like we'll be doing that this week or even the following week until we put more content into the game Demo. -spider

SPIDERmercenary-games
Hello fellow gamers, some of you might remember me back in March and April promoting FleetCOMM aka Vigrior by Mercenary-Games. While we're still chugging away at the game, we invite you to try our downloadable demo available at our latest kickstarter page:https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mercenary-games/fleetcomm-operation-vigrior-reloaded?ref=live Our Demo is bare-bones, but consists of Fleet Editor, Survival mode and custom controls. Take note that in survival mode, the enemy will appear after the first evacuation is done. Also, please bear in mind that I won't be monitoring this forum or any forums after this posting because I have a TON of game-dev work ahead of me and I won't be able to make time to answer questions. However you can contact us via our Desura profile : https://www.desura.com/games/vigrior
