Matriarch on a high building

There is a matriarch in a very tall tree like building and i cant get to her, neither shoot her, and i am stuck at a tactical mission just because of this!

A couple possible ways to handle this

 

1) Grenades lobbed onto the roof - if it's the tree-like building I think it is, it's bowl shaped up there, nowhere to run.

 

(In the mod I'm currently using, I have someone carry a grenade launcher with a spare 6 shot clip, just in case I get this problem - a dozen grenades ought to do the job!) Note that this is the surest way I know to not have anyone on that roof, lol.

 

2) Set snipers a ways out from the building and spotters in close or even inside the building, and wait until the matriarch stands still long enough for you to get a shot off. ( This is how I handle them most often, to be honest. )

I had the same thing happen with a captain. So I parked Oghie out of line of sight right under him and psychic assaulted him to death.
