Mouse Nightshirt
2 years ago, my mate told me he saw one in the preowned section of our local games store. Within the next 2 hours I was there, and it had gone. 6 months ago, I saw one on Ebay for £50. I didn't have the cash. Yesterday, I saw another one for £35. And I've bought it. It's now MINE!!! ALL MINE! My 6 year quest is finally over. I shall be receiving it soon, and you shall get the lowdown on the improvements when I complete it. MWAAAAHAHAHAHA! Mouse Nightshirt
I've had it on the PC for about 4 years, so no worries, I've played it

Mouse Nightshirt
Hmmmm, well. It's definately not as big an improvement over the PC version as UFO was. And the loading times are immense, and suprisingly, unlike UFO, it doesn't have those movies when you win/lose a mission etc. Music also isn't that big an improvement. But, the game is in absolutely mint condition.
Mouse Nightshirt
I've just checked the sound on the disc. The music somehow vanishes when I use a CD ripper, but all the ambience is there... Bizarre.

cyrus
You were more lucky. And that is the specificity of e-Bay trade, to find the right person at the right time.
the_dead
I didn't use E-bay, my friend had it, he refused to part with, but then he ran out of cigs, £4 was just enough to buy some, he didn't take very long to crack

FullAuto
Specificity? That's a word?
Neorapsta
Might have meant Specification
usmarox
Specificity is a perfectly good word. Either that, or the editors of all my textbooks should've been fired.
FullAuto
I hope so. I've got a spare PAL copy of UFO for the PSX if anyone wants it. Finding TFTD is a cinch compared to a decent copy of UFO, but they're both pretty rare for the PSX now.
the_dead
How much do you want for the PSX UFO? I want it, the Amiga version is very very very very sloooooooooooooow.
dooganfett
What does it mean if it is a pal version, does that mean UK psx?
