Myrmecol bug...how do I solve it?

As I say in the title, I've the myrmecol bug and I don't know how I should solve it...I've downloaded the "Myrmecol repair kit" but I don't know how I shuold use it...I had patched ufo AS first to 1.2 patch (including previous one) and then unofficial 1.3 patch.

Myrmecol bug is a bug where the game fails to generate the mission pins on the Myrmecol map screen making it impossible to continue further.

I downloaded the patch and do not know how to use it, can anyone display the instructions here? The link doesnt seems to be working, the altargames website is under construction at the moment. Any help is much more appreciated, thanks
