SS3 Shipment Mission

I need help with the Shipping / Shipment Mission.

The mission starts with 1 objective with two parts.

Explore the Shipment company

Eliminate Resistance

 

As soon as I complete that, my main character has spoken dialogue that says we might as well blow the place up....

The 2nd objective is added with two parts.

Explore the Shipment company

Blow up the Shipment company

 

 

Basically, I have explored the whole area and blown up every explosive barrel / storage tank. Both objectives are not completed and I can not leave.

 

Do I need to blow up the actual office area? Do I need to completely destroy the office area or just damage it? I did not bring any real explosives, just grenades.
