Help! I need allied uniforms!

where can i find allied uniforms and IDs besides the convoy stage? i need it to bust out fidel and travel to wenzberg. during one playthrough i found an ID in graff which was on one of the five guys you kill when you zone in, but this time there was none. also i found one female uniform for liz during the convoy mission but no male ones. i can't continue till i get some uniforms so any help would be much appreciated.

I'm fairly sure there's plenty of allied uniforms in that convoy mission, I don't recall picking them up from anywhere else.

If memory serves, there are two way to accomplish that goal... one of which requires no combat. I can't remember for sure if there are enough uniforms to outfit all of your squad at that point in the game, you may have to leave one person behind... or don't have them brandish any weapons (some missions will leave you alone without a uniform as long as you have no weapon visible, I think).
