pilots, their stats

I dont remember if all their stats go up in the training module, or if some reqierd combat.

Or if all their stats was able to grow.

Or what stats was best to get when hiring.

 

No dont have the manual left, i think so if it is in there in understandable form i dont remeber where it is or what it said..

These are the base Pilot stats:

 

Stat Type		   Range
Intelligence	   50-100
Firing Accuracy	25-100
Flying Ability	 25-100
Aggressiveness	 25-100
Bravery			25-100
Psionics			1-100
Health			  1-10
Stamina			50-100

Of course, as your rank increases, so do the following pilot stats:

• Stamina
  
• Firing Accuracy
  
• Flying Ability
  
• Aggressiveness
  
• Bravery
  
• Health
  

The stats which go up through training are:

• Firing Accuracy
  
• Flying Ability
  
• Psionics
  

And the monthly increase for those stats is the following equation (from the OSG):

 

Monthly Increase = (0.1 * Current Stat) * (Intelligence stat/100)

 

Rounded up to the next whole number. Hope that helps.

Hmm, no helth above 10 at their start seems low, but it can again be just my memory playing tricks with me again.
