Language patch for Caesar III?

I've been a big fan of the old Pharaoh and Caesar III games for ages, now that my old Pharaoh doesn't seem to work properly on my system, and given recent disappointment with newer strategygames (*cough* Aftershock *cough*) I decided it was time to give Caesar III and try.

 

I managed to get my hands on a copy of the game, unfortunately it was in italian! being a latin language I can pretty much make a lot of sense out of it, but it's still not nearly comfortable as it would be in english.

 

I've looked to no success for a patch to translate the game into english, may I ask for someone to give me a hand with it? if someone knows where I could find said patch, or where I could look for, please post

offtopic: did you see the Caesar IV review? it doesn't look that good now...

Cesar 3 is a nice game, only i dont like the fake gods in the game, there is lots of fake gods, i dont like this feature. Sometime they make earthquakes exc. this feature is bad. but the trade and some other features are so good. I think a game should teach us good things while playing.
