Guest Sasquatch
Aren't their feet cold?
The Demi-Godly One
Uh, I don't think so. Maybe they have warm feet. Even though they don't have fur, it can still be warm. Look at an arctic turn for example. It hangs out in the poles almost all of the year. And it has nothing on its feet.
Bomb Bloke
This reminds me of the "Do Sectoids really exist?" thread. To quote the first post of that: well do they? And that thread went on at great length and covered just about everything, except for one thing. https://www.angelfire.com/games3/jeffy90/images/smilies/sarcastic.gif Another one was, where do Sectoids keep their grenades? Opinions on that were varied, the most credible one also explained why grenades are brown. https://www.angelfire.com/games3/jeffy90/images/smilies/sarcastic.gif But seriously, uh, what?! https://www.angelfire.com/games3/jeffy90/images/smilies/blink.gif
NKF
Duct tape. There's nothing you cannot do with duct tape. I envisage sectoid walking about with grenades and ammo clips taped to their right legs. Here's a question of mine: Why did the mutons abandon their tough green alien alloy jumpsuits in the later games? We've grown to know them to be tough fighters, but they were literally turned into cannon fodder in Enforcer. - NKF
Bomb Bloke
Duct tape! Brilliant! I shuold have got that one. https://www.angelfire.com/games3/jeffy90/images/smilies/laugh.gif Presumably the Mutons aren't great surgeons. But consider, you might not last to well against swarms of decent Mutons. I wouldn't know, I've never played Enforcer.
NKF
You don't have to. Just imagine a naked muton. It's a good thing they, and the sectoids, have some bits surgically removed. It at least prevents your soldiers from having their eyes spontaneosly explode in their eye scokets. What next I wonder? Slap blue paint on? Ah, I think we're moving into the realms of 'too much information' here. - NKF
JellyfishGreen
Skintight, flexible mesh alien alloy jumpsuits with cunningly concealed pockets, the same colour as their skin? Yeah, too reasonable. That's what I thought. I like duct tape :alien2: But the sectoids do have some body armour so presumably they have armoured the soles of their feet as well. The Veteran
Sectoids have armour? That's news to me! Bomb Bloke... Don't play enforcer. It'll destroy your love for XCom unless you are the most devoted fan in the world anyway...Hmm... pockets... maybe Sectoids don't really have such huge brains after all? Maybe they use their cranium to store nades and reloads
Ki-tat Chung
haha, thats a good one! well, on the jumpsuits issue, go talk to a Deep One. they have armour grafted onto them.
The Veteran
Into them even :S The deep ones are complete freaks, no denying it! I doubt they could even use a grnade anyway!
