Bomb Bloke
Well, for those of you who haven't already heard, the new Transformers movie is on its way. There's a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie too, but I'll complain about that some other day (ei If I find some dirt on it). First off, check these out. Aside from what they've done to Megatron, Bumblebee is now... a... ... I can hardly bring myself to type it. ... Bumblebee is a Camaro. And I could find many more things to vent about here, but for now I'll just go find some corner to cry in.
Slaughter
Why are they changing the Transformers? Heretics!!!
Pete
Not being funny or anything, but aren't we going to be confused about who's who rather than enjoying the movie with the amount of character-tinkering they're doing? Even if Bumblebee was a Robin Reliant and Optimus Prime was a ruddy toaster the good guys would still kick arse, so where's the need in making them looking newer? Matri
Because the Transformers are supposed to look blocky! They're supposed to look like robots trying to look like cars! These are cars trying to look like robots! Optimus himself looks like he could give you paper cuts if he so much as touched you! On a lighter note, I like this Decepticon's disguise. NKF
If the toy they made of the Movie Optimus actually transforms and all that kibble actually fits in somehow... I want one. And a bunch of the others too, when all is said and done. Still, after watching through the entire original G1 TV series ... the older simpler blocky designs do have a less-is-more appeal to them. - NKF
Matri
They did something right, though: Peter Cullen reprises his role as Optimus Prime. I never realised he played K.A.R.R. too
