Just thought I'd throw some blatant spam in the works and see if I couldn't help one of you guys out.

So step right this way cos if you live in a rough area I've got just the thing for you! How about this 52" longsword! Start me off at just 15 english pounds and soon you too could be dispatching any would be muggers with ease!

Size not your thing? How about a shortsword? Only 22" but just as handy to have around the place for those hard to get out of situations... Cornered by the rozzas? Fighting your way out of certain arrest just got a lot easier with this handy yet practical finger removing device!

Check out these fantastic items now and see if you can find your stainless steel soulmate! Both of these swords are LoTR, good stuff and because I like you all if anyone is actually interested in one I'll even do a special XTC discount :eh: Or an SC discount for the youngsters around here

These are disply swords too so they're perfectly legal, although Sting is a little sharper than maybe it should be it has nothing to do with me... The other one is Andruil, Narsil reforged. Very nice piece of kit for display, polishes up a treat! You know you want one, get to it, chop chop!

The armoury... Because people don't chase you when they're picking up limbs...

Bacause you can get them quite cheap on ebay anyway so I had to price it low if I wanted it to sell! Longsword's cheap too bearing in mind what you get but that's already selling atm

The shortsword isn't, want to buy it :eh:

Don't worry Uria I have plenty more where they came from  I've got duplicates of these two so thats why I'm selling them and I also have a rather large cutlass a double handed double edged axe, two gladiator shortswords, one templars dagger, another LotR shortsword, a QE2 ceremonial dress sword and 2 more recent bayonets... Oh and an M16 and Uzi next door...

Well actually the Uzi's at my mum's atm  so I do have one just not here :eh: I want a longbow but its hard to pick up a decent and decent looking one for a decent price. If you have one let me know :P

I just buy them for display, they make beautiful ornaments... My office in the pub is quickly becoming an armoury :) I just used one of my broken tables from downstairs to make a mounrt for my battleaxe :eh:

That shortsword just got relisted though, don't know why it's not selling... Go check it out again if you still fancy it ;)

This is going to sound a little weird ....... but ......... I used to be an armourer. There I've said it, theres no going back, it's out.

Yep, it's true, I used to make weapons for re-enactors and the like and guess what, being a practicing toxophilite I used to make longbows.

Still got a couple of bows though one is an American hunting bow. Still got a few swords too.

Well how's that... Here's me trying to sell my swords and I inadvertantly find an armourer  If you ever get bored and want to make some more I think I could drum up some business for you!

Seriously though with a skill like that why don't you just forge 24/7 and ebay off the result? People love this stuff, sells so well...

To be honest I found easier ways of making beer tokens but the chap I started off with still does it.

I used to make the Golden Flayer prizes for Games Workshop and have done a few jobs for TV and film but most punters don't like paying the money.

You know the wierd thing is, since I stopped doing that and moved house, guess what I found in the workshop at the side of the house - a forge!! I toyed with turning it into a brewery but that could be dangerous.
