Praetoris
The USB mug-heater is my favourite, got one for my brother and it's actually kind of neat
Zombie
Slaughter, this is sooo funny! A smokeless USB ashtray? Heated USB gloves for women? It's a real miracle how some of those heating devices can even be powered sufficiently with a measley 5V DC. I bet they drain a laptops battery lickity-split! - Zombie
NKF
I've seen a few oddball USB toys myself. Some practical, some stupid. A USB table fan - practical for both cooling your computer or for use during hot summer days. A dry ice bowl thingy. Well, it was like a small bowl that produces a light mist to make it look as though it's full of ice. Why on earth would one plug a decorative device like this into a computer when a wall socket would be so much easier? USB disco ball - name says it all. Was disco ball shaped anyway plugged into a board with a couple of coloured lights. Then there were the blue-lit USB wine glasses. Yes, it's a wine glass. It glows blue when you plug it in. A bit like those neat USB cables with blue LEDs in the plugs to show that they're powered. I use one for my printer. Simple enough, but why a wine glass? There are certainly much more useful things your USB ports can be used for, but I think I might be tempted to waste money on a USB mug warmer or thermos mug. Eh. Perhaps not. - NKF
