Pete
Hi all! Looking for some large (greater than about 1400x1400 pixels) images of the Earth, the Moon and Mars. Also any images where the sun is just rising/setting on earth's horizon would be nice. I've searched thorugh Nasa's images for a few hours, but I've barely scratched the surface. Any other places to get such pics? Cheers!
Praetoris
I have a large book with TONS of images like these at home that could do it. If the print's good enough I could scan and send them to you?
Pete
Cool! If you could scan in a sample (just one image will do) for me to look at that'd be great

Matri
Have you taken a look at WorldWind over at NASA's site?
Praetoris
oh, and there's of course another worth checking .. https://www.google.com/mars/
Pete
Tha pic of mars from the top of the NASA page is spot on, even with the lighting from the top so all the shadow's at the bottom. Could do with an Earth shot that's not showing America square on to the camera or Africa (the only two large shots NASA seem to have or so it seems). Cheers all!
