UFO: Aftershock skinning:

Tubal has been hard at work creating stylish new looks for your soldiers in UFO: Aftershock. So far he has made two new sets for Psionics, Cyborgs and Humans, as well as a matching set for all factions. If you would like to create some yourself, take a look at his skinning tutorial.

Weapon Rebalance Modification:

ShadoWarrior hasn't stopped working on his Weapon Rebalance Modification since the release of UFO: Aftershock, and this is clearly reflected in the enormous amount of added content. Currently there is 84 new items, 18 new technologies and hundreds of tweaks and changes. The number increases frequently, and quite a bit of the content has been added due to feedback from the fans.

Other modifications:

There are several other modifications available for UFO: Aftershock. If you feel like even more challenge, try to combine the Heroic Assault Modification with the Weapon Rebalance Modification mentioned above. Do the new skins and Weapon Rebalance Modification work with the german or any other international edition as well?

The skins work with any version of Aftershock. My WR mod will replace your localization file with an English one. There have been a very few reports of people having problems but the vast majority of non-English users playing with my mod are having no problems (as long as they can read English, of course).
