i have 2 questions

 

is it possible to run x-com under win xp pro , and how ?

 

and second

 

i discover x-com under playstation there is 10 years

 

why the win98 version is easier than playstation game

 

is it possible to correct that

Well, I've got X-com and Windows XP. With the exception of a rather fast Geoscape and sometimes it shuts me down to windows, there're no problems. Don't ask me how though. It might be because I use what I think is the collector's edition. I've got this file called xcom1fix.exe which I use to run it. And for the playstation version, I don't own one of these game consoles myself, but a mouse owns any kind of joystick for me. At least in games like x-com where you're mostly pushing buttons in a menu. But I suppose the difference lies somewhere else.

If you have the DOS version, you can easily run it with DOSBox. Can't really tell what you were getting at with the other question though, sorry.
