Kaarna Posted December 13, 2005 Share Posted December 13, 2005 I haven't got to the point where I can begin producing Heavy Armor, but I think you need an advanced weapons factory and lab. And other items..... Build more factories. This is the way you reduce production time for nearly every single item. The same with labs for research.
