Stun Grenade
Vet, what a funny thing to say!! How can aliens wear shoes?? . . . .
Bomb Bloke
Where do they carry their extar ammunition... I remember a thread of the title, 'Where do Sectoids keep their grenades?'. Answers included the idea that they have very sticky skin, or that they keep them in the one possible orifice where they could go. The fact that alien grenades are brown was then raised. The Veteran
Indeed, all of the above questions have at some point been brought up in the forums... I really didn't want to talk about the grenades though
Stun Grenade
Maybe they have their own unique equip screen... or maybe they were made in such a way, that they have secret compartments... maybe ethereals keep them in their cloaks?
The Veteran
What did we just say Now let us never speak of it again I'm off back to wet windy w##k Wales See you all later guys! (It's not that bad really, it's just not England!)
Danial
Sectoids are the only questionable ones. All the other gun-toting aliens have some form of clothing But anyway, back to the topic... What is the topic?

ApOcaLyPSe_1985
Actually, Alien Reproduction is a researchable feature. It was available in my X-COM: UFO Defense game but I haven't seen it in UFO: Enemy Unknown (CD version). It's just basic information with no hints on getting a new facility. Hobbes
Probably this information is lurking at the beginning of this topic but if you use an editor to give yourself 1 Alien Reproduction you can then research it and see Sectoid babies
Bomb Bloke
Sectoid Babies?! Well, I think I'll mess around a bit with XCView tonight!
Stun Grenade
this might be the answer to the "what came first . . ." question..
The Veteran
We know what came first, it was Aquatoids remember That's why Sectoids have webbed fingers hehe, that'll confuse 'em!

ApOcaLyPSe_1985
seriously, i had this option available! and i never used a editor in my whole x-com life perhaps i triggered a bug? who knows... as i said, it only happened to me in x-com ufo defense (gold version) but never with ufo: enemy unknown (original cd version). The Veteran
Well was UFO Defense released before Enemy Unknown? It's possible that it was the first test release and then was altered slightly (name, research tree) for a re release which then hit Europe... I love a bit of random speculation to keep the blood flowing
Jman4117
I recall getting it along with the Alien Food from supply ships in 1.2 Dos Version
ApOcaLyPSe_1985
Well was UFO Defense released before Enemy Unknown? It's possible that it was the first test release and then was altered slightly (name, research tree) for a re release which then hit Europe... I love a bit of random speculation to keep the blood flowing UFO: Enemy Unknown was the first release. They then released it to the US as X-COM: UFO Defense. I don't think they would release a test version to the public
The Veteran
No I wouldn't have thought so but like I said, random speculation is good for the heart
