Slaughter
ALTAR just released another trailer for UFO: Aftershock. This one has some heavy action scenes in it, so even if you're currently playing the game you might enjoy it. You can download it from our files section. Thorondor
Nice, Olav ! Might this be a starter for US marketing efforts ?... :: - Incoming, six o'clock ! *sniper's Barrett fires* - Target terminated. Target update, Sir...

Slaughter
Yeah, I think this might be the start of the marketing effort. It looks like Aftershock has done very well in Europe so far (still one of the best selling PC games at Play.com), so let's keep our fingers crossed it will in the US as well. Thorondor
The new trailer can now be downloaded through Cenega's UFO: AS page by using this explicit link (warning: direct link). :: @Olav: why does Strategy Core's own purported mirror for the trailer display a "0 B" Filesize ? It appears to work just as a redirect to 3DGamers - might that this is as intended ?
Slaughter
That's intended. We can't host all the trailers and demos ourselves, as it would eat all our bandwidth. There should have been more mirrors displayed however, but due to a bug in the file script there isn't...
Thorondor
"That's intended.(...)" Copy that, Olav :: "We can't host all the trailers and demos ourselves, as it would eat all our bandwidth.(...)" Funny, I was under the impression Strategy Core had bandwith to spare... ;)
Slaughter
Hehe, yeah, but the more large files we host, the more likely we'll not have that for long
Pete
Hehe, Olav and I don't have quite that much cash to spend on this site yet
