FullAuto
'El' being the masculine article? Or is it not gender-specific?
Kret
Actually, both. Altho, under certain circumstances "lo" is used as neutral instead of "el".
ShadowBlade
"El" is the singular masculine article, "la" is the singular feminine article, "los" is the plural masculine article and "las" is the plural feminine article. As Kret said, there are other articles ("le" or "lo") used in other kinds of situations. Anyway, I think there's nothing left to discuss about this topic, so we could either let this thread die out or continue the nonsense and have it transferred to the Off-Topic forum. Martian base commander
I agree totally with FullAuto here that anything that contains graphic violence, bad language, horrific scenes, nudity ect ect only serves to rouse the imagination of most of us and end up actually WANTING to see it,be it a snuff movie which contains real murder,or rape for example. On the latter I am very ANTI rape, but as far as anything else goes I have no problem with it.The only time it becomes a problem is where kids are concerned, some of em take their games a bit too seriously and end up buying a large axe and lopping their headteachers' head off the next day in school. The games' sales would therefore rocket in my opinion if the name "whore city" was intentional.Probably the only people that would take offence by this are the ones you never ever see in society,as they spend all their miserable lives in church, then some go and bugger a small kid then pray for repentance the following Sunday in church.Established religions are a pile of steaming horse manure to me.I think playing games like UFOAS should become the next world religion.I must add here that I value Pagan traditions myself, just for the record.Anyone for a mug of bloo...I mean Mead?Cheers! Remember Charles Manson?,no matter how dispicable his crimes were he was still looked upon with great reverence with some people, and even deemed a "hero" Everyone loves the bad guys really PS: Shadow I think its time to move this into the off topic section also.
