Pete
I think the biggest issue there is is that admins can be quite strict about who they want to give access to the more "tender" areas of their hosting account As a random example, if I were to have the ability to access their FTP account in order to perform upgrades to their forum software, I would also then have enough access to delete their forums at the very least, and delete the whole database. Not that I'd do that though - my home address is far too easy to trace on the internet So, you see, it a;; comes down to an element of trust. If someone could sum up the main problems (ie, forum software out of date etc) then I can suggest how much access might be needed by a "new" admin over there. Kratos
More like it has a series of downtime every so often. It is getting very annoying.

Gimli
Have you taken a look at the forum? I still can't see the forum. The website wasn't down as far as I can tell.
zaimoni
IPS Driver Error There appears to be an error with the database. If I was forced to speculate, I'd suspect packaging system gone amok. I had a time (with my own virtual domain) when the packaging system malfunctioned, installing apache2.2 in order to maintain prerequisites for PHP. I ended up uninstalling my previous webserver duo to resuscitate PHP.
