Knan
Men of War: Assault Squad being in open beta on steam probably isn't news anymore - it has been since early November - but I find it entertaining. In skirmish mode you even can play coop vs. the dastardly computer. StuGs and MG42s are always good. Since the latest patch, you can try your hand as the Americans, the Wehrmacht and the Commonwealth. The feeling is kind of Company of Heroes, but with a larger dose of realism. FullAuto
I like that whole series, I played Soldiers: HOWWII almost entirely in slow motion. It was amazing, like a John Woo WWII film.

Thorondor
He loved the ruthless isometric tactical classic Syndicate back in the day. He also works in Sweden and is therefore privy to the fact that a neighboring studio is making a new Syndicate for EA and that the game is "more of a like a GTA wannabe than it's like the original game." Therefore, he wants Paradox to make its own riff on Syndicate. They don't have a game design in mind yet, but that's the dream.:: Excerpt from a colourful interview at Kotaku gaining insight into Paradox Interactive's CEO, Fredrik Wester's views.
