Eurogamer's Christian Donlan writes about the boldness of Nuclear Throne's progression and progressiveness.

 

Well, I dedicated (lost) some 100+ hours to this, in principle, simple game. Far, FAR more than I thought I have. And I still haven't finished the damn thing! According to the progress bar you're shown at death, I've crawled to the last level, yet not to the end.

 

Incredibly fun game.

@SV: Early Access or not, Nuclear Throne is a true gem and an incredible time-sink. So challenging yet accessible.

 

Unless you remove the 'R' key from your keyboard I foresee many compulsory return trips... :P

BitBunch has now announced the plans they have for their upcoming Chain of Command game this year:

 

In Q2 2015, we plan to release an early access version of Chain of Command to a limited group of users.

 

Set in May 1940, this version will put the player in command of a German Panzer division in its attempt to cross the Meuse River and break through the French lines during the infamous "Blitzkrieg" in the West.
