Thorondor
Mr. Jiri Rydl (ALTAR Interactive) was called upon to answer some questions pertaining UFO: Aftershock in this May 2nd interview at GamersInfo.net. :: Better yet: there are two [ 1,2 ] new artworks over there featuring some hardy cultists... Pete
Whoah, the second cultist features double flamethrowers! NOT good (to us anyway, in all other respects it's cool ).
T.A.
He says the release date is 3rd quarter this year. It's like every highly anticipated Turn-Based tactical games (such as Hammer & Sickle, Night Watch, E5 Brigade) are coming later this year! I guess most of us will be spending lots of money on game this year.

Slaughter
@Thorondor: Thanks for the heads up! Cultists are cool! @T.A.: Indeed! Should be a good year! @Pete: You can find some screens here. Didn't like the demo much when I tried it, but I guess I didn't give it much of a chance either...
T.A.
@Pete: Strictly speaking, E5 Brigade is not turn-based, but real time with Smart-Pause System, which may be the reason you haven't heard about it. But anyway, the rumor says it's gonna be a good game, (at least expected to be better than JA3D, which will happen to be changed to Smart-Pause System by some idiots at Mist Land ). @Slaughter: Yeah, it's gonna be a good year from the game point of view, but a tough year from the MONEY point of view...
