Thanks for the heads up Thorondor!

It was tough not to choose Aralez's entry but I went for Benjamins sketches, I would like to see more of those.

I got half way thru one of the story entries but gave up, not because of the spelling but because it had taken several lines from Aliens and included them....

I haven't voted yet, but if I don't like the stories it will be the sketches for me as well. Very nice those!

The stories had copied stuff?

I'm torn between Benjamin's sketches and Rui's story because Aralez hasn't bribed me to vote for him yet :) . Bidding starts at half a bottle of Scotch, preferably a named brand.

I didn't spot any plagarized lines in the other story, but I felt that the transgenants were rather heavily based on the Alien films. Also, I wasn't sure why none of the soldiers realised that using a laser sight in a smoke filled room is a good way to let your enemy spot your position. Apart from that, I liked it.

One of the other artworks looked like the artwork you get in X-COM Acopalypse when the computer is loading up the maps and data to begin a new tactical mission.

I actually went fot the web design in the end. It just looks cool in my opinion and isn't as graphics heavy and distracting as many around today, plus I know how much of a pain in the arse it can be :)

It was definitelya difficult decision with the sketches, 3D csenes, stories and that classic short UFO film that kinda had the effect of being shot on someone's home movie camera :)
