"new" Cheats !

I viewed the exe of Silent Storm in a Hexeditor and found some interesting cheats that weren't published before.

 

You have to enable the console as usual (add the word Wirbelwind to the config.cfg file).

In the game drop down the console and type:

 

setvar cheats_golden_shot = 1.00

 

setvar cheats_global_xcom = 1.00

 

setvar cheats_i_am_an_alien = 1.00 (or setvar i_am_an_alien = 1.00 i don't remember atm)

 

setvar cheats_zoneautocomplete = 1.00

 

The first makes units explode in an ugly mess when hit.

The second gives you an interesting (non-working?) map-view.

The third gives all units a liquid-like look. (like glass or water).

The fourth removes the need to do any missions (just click at a mission and once you are there you are in a camp and have all the files/hints etc.)

 

I also found...

 

setvar cheats_football = 1.00

setvar cheats_heads_off = 1.00

setvar cheats_slomo = 1.00

 

...but couldn't get them to work.

 

I found some more but forgot to write them down, will deliver them later...

Pete, Slaughter, do you need the mods and stuff i have collected for S2 ? I don't know if i can add the link to them here, as i don't have asked for the authors permission yet...

We need you to add them to the downloads section when it's time . There are some gathered at S2HQ though.
