Harkov
Since the amount of missions available at some points in the game, some of them will have to wait some time before your squad is able to get to them. Which ones should be my priority and which ones will be resolved by CoE regulars? What I've been able to figure out is that alien infiltration missions need to be dealt with first, but is there any harm in not responding to a crashed UFO mission unless you need a node? Or leaving pilots stranded somewhere, I seem to have plenty of those anyway.
Kresh
I always delegate scouting/ infiltration missions unless bored. Downed/ landed UFO sites always get my attention as do base missions. Well, that and downed pilots. Something about always rescuing the boys...
Raion
Well, the player is suppose to click on the next mission after getting done with the first mission, and go from mission to mission, if possible. I most of the time, do not do the far away missions, as they take too long to get to at first, and the recon missions after a couple of those can be delegated away. I try and go on all the missions, if possible, but the highest priority missions first. If not being abled to enter a UFO, then doing the outside mission will help until UFO Access is researched. But, I have not been inside of a UFO yet, as I did not have the research, and well, they leave after awhile, or perhaps, they are automatically delegated off after the missions time table runs out. High priority missions first, unless too far away, after all the player has to run up the experience of the squad, and the newbies to the squad need something to do also. But making the choice is hard when only one mission can be done at a time. After doing a mission, click on the next mission, and the player can fly there if not needing to stop back at a base. A few missions done that way, and some other research will help the delegated missions to succeed better, if the player is winning his/her/alien mission. Some missions will not go away, even if leaving them sit for awhile, like Area 51, and some others, since the player has to go on them. It depends on what is needed for research and other factors like experience for the squaddies, and the overall big picture of the game as it is happening in this freaky adventure series~! Punisher
Right now I am just kind of running through it fast on easy just to check the story line and beat it to see the overall game.I actually can not wait to play it just fooling around and not researching anything and use SMGS and other things. Like full squad of rocket launchers or what ever. Just have fun with it, and do the ones YOU want to do. they all seem to have the same effect the terrain "moral" or what ever it is called. You might want to do the down pilot one to ragain the support from that area after losing the intercept.

rocksk
[u mean losing an interception has negative effect on that area ?? ] Yes it does, get the down pilot mission helps to reduce it.. I go for mission with a profound tag first. Getting one or two mission with this tag will turn that zone to yourside fast. I do send different troops on different mission. Experienced ones for UFO recover or alien base mission, weaker troops on others. Which type of mission really got to depend on the situation. Hard to say. Raion
Someone pointed out that about 3 missions have to be done in a area before another base is considered. So expand the way that the player wants to.
