Slaughter
What did you change since last time you played then? And have you installed the latest version (1.3)?

Lurker
Make sure that you run the TEST feature in the launcher, especially after changing the bios or updating the graphics drivers. If the TEST feature in the launcher doesn't bring it back, then maybe you might need to uninstall and reinstall the game. I personally have had to uninstall and reinstall UFO:AM more than any other game, but years ago, there were many games that had to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to get them to run right with new hardware or new drivers. The TEST feature in the UFO:AM Launcher might clear up a few things for you. I know that it has helped to resolve some problems for me in the past. Kret
What about DirectX? What version did you install?
sigget
The game uses OpenGL, not DirectX.
Slaughter
I would suggest you play with the settings in the launcher. "Old VA mode" and all that. If it doesn't help no matter what settings you use, try some older Catalyst drivers possibly.

sigget
Hehe, well, yes and no, it uses DirectInput and DirectSound, but not Direct3D. Instead it uses OpenGL for the graphics.
