The first one gives you infinite human weapons when starting the game, and the second one makes heavy weapons possible to use without the heavy armour. You can find both in our mods section. Fnurg have also made a mod for us. This is what it does: - Increase of Helicopter speed - Time to change base has been dropped to 12 hours - Auto-delegation of mission should take longer to occur. - Reduced plane repair time by 12 hours - Altered Research Times (base weights)You can find it along with the others in the mods section.
