rmp worries...

ok, while doing the rmp work for my colony mod, i read that there is a limit of 255 nodes in tactical... now, i'm trying not to pannic, but i've got more than 50 in once single 20x20 tile... now, that isn't really a problem, since i'm only expecting to have anywhere near that many on the central tile, but the problem rests in the fact that i just read that i need to have separate paths for each rank of alien. My question is this: will soldier ranked aliens be able to move across nodes that have the commander/leader property, or do i have to do entirely separate paths for each rank? casue if i do, then i'll have some major problems with the node limit...

Put simply.. No...

 

 

In base attacks all aliens are suposed to be rank spawned... so you are left with two posibilites... one set all nodes to soldiers. but risk the comanders to be spawned anyware... or set up zones... IE all nodes should be soldiers _exept_ the ones in the command center ... there you set up a bunch of commander nodes lnkded together as a seperate system.. and some solders nodes for other alines to use..
