I dont know of any editors to do this.. but here are the offsets in the geoscape.exe

the defauld value is 0x0c to match the height of a human (i think) set this to 0x10

 

please note that Xcom is the US release and UFO is the Europe release

they are joined to the same exe in version 1.4. The reson being that xcom was release as version 1.0 after the ufo 1.2 was out so they are basicly the same

(and if you have ufo 1.0 you need to patch to 1.2 befor the 1.4 patch to get all the fixes)

If this changes the weapon height like I expect it will, let me know and I will help you make a patch to auto change the height based on game version.
