Atz
Atzel looks around "No body? Ah, drat". She swings her rifle back to her back and draws her pistol instead, checking her clip as she follows Scott, starting to calm down after the action."Hey, mate..." she takes a few running steps to catch up "...you look a bit.. glum.. were they... ehmm... did you know them?" She pulls out a tinfoil wrapped object from her pocket "Gum? Had them since we left earth... I recon they are still chewylicious." She takes one herself. "Yer... still has some taste, anyway." (Okey, is anybody starting to get why her nickname is Malarky? )
Strong Bob
Scott turned to Atzel, still presenting the gum to him. Scott: She brought that in the cryo-pod with her? I'm surprised she survived the first bite... Aw what the hell? He took the gum Atzel offered, removed the helmet to his armor and popped the piece of sweet chewy candy into his mouth. She was right, it still had a disturbing amount of taste left. Scott: (While chewing) Thank you... Haven't had much sugar since I got here. Scott turned away, unconsciously dropping his helmet onto the floor and walking down the corridor to the crew quarters. His Laser Pistol was still drawn but much more relaxed than before. Atzel: (Catching up to Scott) Hey, about the Ascadian... Scott: Yes, I knew one of them, but not very much. (Stopping and turning back to Atzel) I was wounded in a hostage situation not so long ago... I was confined to the Med-Bay for a whole mission. Kacur asked one of the... Scott paused a moment, feeling as though he wasn't using the right words. Scott: Kacur asked Du'Gannon to keep an eye on me and make sure I never left medical. While there I got to know the guy a bit more, he was the only Ascadian that I could really say I knew all that well. He felt as though he was boring Atzel with his little story and decided to sum it up. Scott: Well, he trusted me enough to disobey Kacur, allowed me to leave without authorization for an assault on the alien mothership, and even gave me one of the first Fusion Pistols before they were made available to the rest of the team. He turned away again, moving towards the Crew Quarters again. Scott: I didn't know him very much... I'll admit to that, but it's still painful seeing a friend mutilated like that. Especially when you don't expect it at all... He opened the door to the Armory, which needed to cut through before reaching Crew Quarters. Scott: You coming Atzel? Or do you want to patrol the other side of the base?
Atz
"Yeah, I'm comming... need some rifle clips, anyhow... I'm not going to prance around this place with nothing but this pistol, or alone, for that matter." She catches up and walks into the armory with Scott, pausing to grab a few rifle clips of a shelf and after some concideration, an extra grenade before joining up with him again. "You can never be too safe" she says with a grin, before going dead serious. "I'm sorry for your friend though. But causulties are all a part of war; you'll most centainly experiance more before this is over. Or.." she adds "..over for you, at least." She inserts one of the clips into her rifle, chambers a bullet and puts the safty on."A man named Spiers.. Robert Spiers, I think, once said that the only hope a soldier has is to accept the fact that he is already dead, and only then can he function as a soldier is supposed to. I dont think so, since self preservation is one of the most important traits a soldier can have. However, I do belive you should accept the fact that everyone around you is already dead, because they are the ones next in line. Tomorrow maybe I'll be killed. Or Lt. Ghost. Or an other Ascaidan. I think getting used to the idea of loss is necessary in situations like these..." She chuckles "And here I go, babbeling away and offering advice like some kind of veteran. Today were the first time of my life I fired a weapon in combat, on foot or aerial. To be honest... "she pops an other gum into her mouth" I was scared shitless." Loonie
<<Agh! It's a MADHOUSE over at our house! People carrying computers left and right on and on. Nonetheless I'll do my best...>> Martin had just managed to calm the Ascadian survivors and had escorted them over to the mess hall. They were still shocked, half of them trembling the others stuttering when Kacur had left them in the hall and told them to stay put. They begged him not to leave, fearful that more of those "things" might still lurk somewhere in the base. Martin did the best he could to calm them down, but there simply wasn't anyone available to guard them, except maybe Ghost who was somewhere nearby. He decided to get back to the comms room and signal in for the maintainance crews. He soon arrived back to the room, which still looked quite messy, though the general systems didn't seem to be malfunctioning. He leaned over the main console and began by typing in a sequence at the board before speaking into the device: "Ascadian HQ, come in. This is NAO. We have come under attack from an unknown alien race and believe that we have successfully eliminated all of its members. We have suffered quite a bit of damage and request maintainance crews to assist in the base cleanup procedures and renovations of the base in general. We also have 7 Ascadian technician survivors here which I will de-brief. After that they should be removed from here as soon as possible as they are in a state of panic and could disrupt our activities. End." He clicked off the comms button and began to head towards the Med-Bay to check on how bad the injuries from the mission actually were. After descending through the lift, he opened the door to the place and noticed the three wounded spread throughout the room in different poses. Jackson was just lying on a bed and murmuring the Lobster/Magnet song to himself whilst shifting his head in rythm. Apparently his internal bleeding had been stabilised somewhat by now since Yorke wasn't attending to him right now. A bit to the left was Necro who was gripping his leg, still with a fresh wound which clearly indicated that a claw had struck it. It was bleeding, but not too quickly as Andy was applying pressure to the leg. Finnaly at the center of the room was Fleche who was just being treated by Yorke, who was taking a look at the wound on her lower torso area. Martin took a brief glance across the room so that he captured this picture and then asked: "What's the status on the injured Yorke?"
Strong Bob
<<And now back to Scott and Atzel's patrol of NAO! Dun doo doo dee! >> Scott: (Frowning) There's a lot of merit in your words Atzel... But I've been in this kind of work for about 20 years. I've always found it more comforting to not think of how we all may die out here. I... Have my own personal reasons for being a member of X-COM, and if I thought myself or any of my friends here for dead, those reasons would be nullified. He opened the door to the corrider leading to Personnel. Stepping cautiously through it but also a bit relaxed. Scott: Did I ever tell you where I used to work before X-COM? Realizing he hasn't, Scott continued talking before Atzel could respond. Scott: Rhode Island State Police... About a a few decades ago, a job like that would only see action maybe once or twice every few months. But with crap like the Cult of Sirius and it's follower gangs showing up everywhere these days... Every day on the force was a f**king warzone! Before, I'd be surprised if a whole month would pass without a close friend of mine being killed by some Cult member. Scott rounded the corner to the main Quarters Hallway. The doors to each individual soldier's rooms lined up on each side. Scott decided to cut his story short and focus on his orders. Scott: Atzel, why don't you check out the doors on the left... I'll investigate these. (Points to the doors on his right)
Ego Terrorist
He turned his head halfway to look at Kacur. "Jackson's condition has stablised, his internal bleeding is under control, though he'll be off the active combat list for a bit," Then he stood up and walked over to the medical table and picked up a syrginge, he spoke as he flicked it a few times. "Necro's leg I'll look at in a moment, but firstly I'm going to to make sure that Terra here," He pointed to her, even though he'd been looking at her the whole time. "Isn't to badly wounded." Yorke walked back over to Terra and knelt down. "This compared to the pain you went through when that alien ripped through your lower abodomen, will feel..." He looked up as if searching for the right word. Then he settled on something rather blunt. "Numb." He slid the into the area around the wound, the local anasethetic's would of started to work instantly. Then Yorke drew out the needle and placed it on the medical table. He then began to run his hands around from the edges of the wound to her back and then back around to the front again. "Right, I'll just bandage you up, we can't really afford to use med-packs on mild injuries these days, so hold on." Yorke stood up and walked over to the medical racks. He pulled out a roll of medical bandage's and some items to close the wounds and walked back to the two, who stopped their conversation rather abruptly when Yorke came back. "You to don't have to to stop talking on my account you know." Said Yorke, a little hurt but used to it now, people stopping their conversations. Yorke then pulled out a digital camera. "You wouldn't mind to much if I got some photo's of the wound do you?" She started to nod and then Yorke snapped off a few photo's of the claw wounds, he'd be able to study the images later on and get an idea of how this alien, which had an odd resemblance to a Chrysallid, attacked and what kinds of injuries it could and would inflict. Once the photo's were taken, and the wound dealt with he looked at his handiwork with admiration, and then too Fleche. "Well, that should be okay for now, you'll have to come back to see me tommorow morning just to change the dressing and make sure everything's fine. Also if you have any problems, odd pains, concerns, odd dreams, strange feelings towards others, then come and see me." And just to hit the point home. "I've had people mention the odd pain or two to friends but not to me and next morning they've ended up dead." He helped her up onto two feet. "Also if you ended up dead, who'd help me keep Jacko in one piece, also I've yet to introduce you to the interesting world of alien autospies, so in the mean time, relax and take it easy." Some would thin he was being quite hard on Fleche but she had medical training, hence she was the worst kind of patient. "Kacur, two things, one these new aliens, they seem to bear a resemblance to the Chrysallid, now I havn't seen anything from the Acidian corpses or these aliens that would indicate an ability to impregnate, but caution would be advised. Also keep Fleche away from the firing range, training rooms, infact - anywhere where she might strain herself." He then looked to the two. "Right anything else?" Atz
Atzel nods "Right-o" she says and walks over to the first door on the left. She taps the door with the barrel of her rifle "Hello? Everybody decent? I thought so" she opens the door and peaks inside. She then looks at Scott with a shrug "no one home".She chuckles and walks up to the next door and opens it, sticking her head in "Yeah, I heard things were pretty bad in the states, with those guys. Heck, I even flew some commandos around for a few raids.... found anything? Dibs on any loot! Oh.. right.. its our base. Damn."
Caster13
Terra sat as still and calm as she could as Yorke did his work on her. She tried not to pay any attention to him but that was somewhat difficult considering that he was applying bandages and such to her wounds. She tried her best not to look at him and whenever he heard him say something, she simply nodded quietly without looking at him directly. When Yorke finished with the bandages and took out the digital camera, she simply looked away slightly and starred off into space. She just barely noticed that Lieutenant Kacur occupied that space into which she was starring into. When Yorke finished, she pulled down her shirt, hiding the bandage on her torso and got off the observation table << or where ever a patient sits/lies down when they're being fixed x_x; >> and walked off quickly, muttering a quick and barely audible "Thanks" intended for the doctor. Terra walked past Kacur, their shoulders barely brushing against each other, without looking at him. She quickly exited the medical bay, but slowed down to a lazy walking pace once in the regular corridors of Nova Omega Alpha.
Loonie
<<heh heh. Actually Yorke, check this picture to see just how much resemblance these aliens have to Chrysallids https://www.x-com.co.uk/xcas/alien.jpg >> For the first time Martin could look at Terra's movements more objectively, mainly because his shyness was replaced by concern for others. It always worked like that apparently. When he was afraid that Fox would catch him in her quarters he immediately forgot it when he suspected that she had been shot down on a mission and apparently it worked the same here. He could see just how much she worked hard to avoid Yorke's presence. Martin really couldn't figure out why at that moment, since Yorke has always been very emphatic to his patients. He found it hard to imagine that Fleche and him would've gotten into a dispute and yet everything looked like that. As she moved past Kacur like he hardly wasn't there he looked towards Yorke with a concerned expression on his face and absently replied to the question: "No...that'll be all Sergeant." He then left the room slowly and upon exiting noticed Fleche heading at a much slower pace that she was before. "There is definately something about Yorke that's bothering her,...but what?" he stopped for a second until she went out of his line of sight and then proceeded towards the gravlift at a steady pace, as he remembered to check up on the prisoners, both Alien and Kabron. Passing the Security Station he then descended down to the Basement level, the gravlift being based on Alien ones, but with a turkoise base along with green streaks flowing slowly upwards at the anti-gravity area. As he landed on the bottom he readied his rifle and clicked off the safety after alingning the weapon with his right arm and leaning it onto his right shoulder. He began making his way down the left corridor that led towards the prison sections, passing the numerous gun turrets on the way. Making his way to the Psionic High-Security Containment facility he swung around the corner and checked the blast doors. They looked secured and intact, making Martin almost certain that the Ethereal Leader and Sectoid Navigator and Medic had not escaped, since there would've probably been numerous psionic incidents around the base by now - incidents which Kacur would probably sense. He went forward down and began slicing the pie towards the entrance of the High Security Containment Area and slowly the entrance had revealed itself to be wide open. He picked up his pace a bit and headed inside, much more alert to his surroundings as he entered the first passage to his left. Checking the doors one by one as he went down the corridor he found them all to be closed and secured and looking inside he saw the few Alien soldiers that had been captured by X-Com for quite a while back. Just as he finished checking however a scream of anguish made him spin rapidly 180 degrees towards the entrance through which he had come through. The screams continued howling all around the containment area as Martin ran through the corridors, noticing that the screams are coming from the last section of the containment area that he had not yet checked. When he turned around to the last corridor he noticed quite a gut-twisting sight. some 5 Kabron Pirates were lying all around the corridor, one of them somehow pinned to the steel wall with a cut off alien claw in his abdomen. Apparently the Kabrons were somehow able to fashion sharp instruments if they could cut off the alien's hand off, but that observation made little impact on Martin right now. The screams still continued and he kept on running down to the last cell, forgetting carefulness in favour of speed much more as he passed the blood soaked corridor littered with corpses. When he arrived to the last cell he slowed down his pace for a moment as he carefully checked around the corner, fearful of what sight he might discover. He then quickly stepped over to the source of the screams when he saw it to be a Kabron. He was crying over the corpse of another female pirate, for whom one could hardly tell if the corpse was even whole. Around the cell were also some 4 other pirates who just stared at the gruesome sight as Martin knelt down at the bloody mess to check for any vital signs. But there were none. One could actually just tell that by looking at the corpse itself. With his head lowered Martin sighed deeply as he remembered something else. Why didn't the Kabrons just jump him right now? Him, an X-Com Lieutenant, could quite easily be a useful bargaining chip for the Kabrons to use in order to escape. But apparently none of them was thinking about that right now. And Martin just couldn't tell if that thought never occured to them because of the bloody corpse, or because of the howls of the mourning pirate that reverberated throughout the containment area for minutes to come... <<thoughts comments? Over melodramatic? No? Please. >>
Strong Bob
<<Just fine Loonie. It sounds like they're too surprised that an X-COM soldier is helping them out to do anything about it. >> Scott stared at Atzel as she investigated the Crew Quarters. Scott: Cute... He turned to the first door on his left, he opened it and took a quick look inside. Things were strewn about and the bed was overturned. It looked like whatever was in there was looking for something... Or was just in the mood to make a gigantic mess.Scott studied the room very carefully. Finding nothing, he proceeded onto the next door. Scott: This one's clear... I'm on the next. Scott opened the next door, things were in a similar disarray. Everything thrown all over the place... Except this time Scott spotted a trail of blood leading from the door to the room's closet. Scott: Atzel, come here I think I have something! Scott slowly moved into the room, his pistol aimed high. Suddenly he heard a low growling noise from behind the closet door. It wasn't the high pitched hissing he recalled to be from the new aliens. Scott: You there! Come on out! There was no response. As Atzel arrived at the door Scott moved in closer. Suddenly the door was bashed aside and a raging Ascadion appeared. It's white fur was stained with numerous large blood stains and it was toting an X-COM Auto Rifle. It immediatly started shooting maniacly at Scott and Atzel. Scott: Jesus! Scott and Atzel managed to dive away, avoiding the reckless shots. Scott made it behind an overturned bed and ducked out of site. Ascadion: Bargefith! Kli'mo'gin tin tin ka'ri'du! Scott: It's alright! Calm down it's just us! The Ascadian fired off several more rifle rounds in Scott's direction. It's aim was off, missing Scott entirely, the Ascadian was definatly scared out of it's mind. Scott noticed Atzel preparing to return fire, but he held up his hand to stop her. Scott: No! Hold your fire! He's just a little spooked! Ascadian: Jaga! Tloo ply'ko'win! Rogg X-COM jera kuku! Scott reached down to his belt procuring his comm device as the Ascadian continued shooting at him. Scott: (Into the comm) Ghost! Kacur! Somebody, this is Private Scott. I've got an Ascadian down here and he's really freaking out! (The Ascadian fired another set of shots at Scott, forcing him to dive behind the dresser for more cover) Argh! I need someone up here with a stun bomb or something to take care of him! I don't want to have to take him down by force! <<Just FYI, I think I figured out why some posts are disappearing. I had posted this very roleplay just seconds ago, only for it to not get posted. Atz
Atzel looks over to Scott as he says "Atzel, come here I think I have something""Gotcha" she answers, readying her rifle and walks over to him.She can hear him saying "You there! Come on out" just before reaching him, and then the door is knocked down... an Ascadion with a rifle... gunshots... sharp pain in her thigh. And then she's in cover behind the door frame. Swearing under her voice she hears Scott yell something more.. she leans out to take a shot, but a bullet impacts with the side of the the door frame, showering her helmet with sparks and metal fragments. Swearing louder, she quickly pulls back. "No! Hold your fire! He's just a little spooked" she hears Scott yell. "A little!?" she cries out. "Jesus f**kin' Christ, the bastard shot me in the leg" She takes a few deep breaths, closes her eyes and then looks down. There's a shallow gash on her right thigh. One half inch to the right and it had missed completly, one half inch to the left and it would have been a lot worse. "Its only a fleshwound! I think I'm alright. It doesn't look so bad." she reports, with a slightly nervous giggle. She hears Scott call for backup on the radio, requesting a small launcher. "Hey, Scott... if you think you can hold him back, I could run back to the armory and fetch one! Or... he only got 40 rounds.. he ought to be out soon... we could just bum rush him when he reloads and pummel him"
Strong Bob
Scott turned to Atzel, another string of shot zipped by between them. Scott: Bum rush... Are you crazy? I don't care how wounded he is, an Ascadian could rip either one of us in half! Scott pulled out his comm again. Scott: Somebody answer me! Godamn is this thing even working!? Ascadian: Nraj! Pi'akoon! Scott: Aw to hell with this! Scott moved partially out of cover with his laser pistol up. He fired off a single suppression shot next to the Ascadian to scare him back into hiding. It flinched a bit and paused in shooting. Scott got back behind cover again. Scott: (To Atzel) I don't suppose you have a stun prod on you or anything like that... <<Yes, that's insinuating that anybody can respond to the call. >>
Atz
Atzel dares an other peak... "Just keep him occupied, I'll be back in a sec" she yells and then gets up, limping down the corridor towards the armory as fast as she can. She opens the door and slightly confused limps around a bit until she finds a small launcher... she picks it up and takes a stun bomb, fumbling a bit with it and drops it onto the ground. She bends down half-way to pick it up and then ignores it, picking up an other one instead, which she manages to get into the weapon. She picks up an other pair and puts pounches were her rifle clips are ment to be kept and then starts to make her way back down the corridor. Strong Bob
The Ascadian had ceased fire, but it's intense heavy breathing and the fact that it hadn't left cover hinted that it was still very defensive. Atzel: (Shouting to Scott) Just keep him occupied, I'll be back in a sec! She stumbled back up and limped away in the direction of the armory. Scott: What the... She's wounded... Why didn't I notice that!? Scott's self doubt stopped when the Ascadian decided that it should start shooting again. Three bullets zipped by on auto, one just grazed the armor on Scott's shoulder causing him to fall back under cover. He felt around his shoulder, sighing in relief that the bullet hadn't penetrated the armor. Scott briefly stepped out again and fired some more suppression shots. Scott: Don't make me kill you buddy! We're on the same side! Scott took another look at the comm, realizing that it was either not working or not recieving properly. Scott: Stupid piece of junk. He threw the comm onto the ground and turned back to the Ascadian. It was holding fire again, but still wasn't giving itself up just yet. Scott: I hope Atzel comes back with something good... Or I might have to do something I don't want to...
Atz
Atzel crouched down by the door frame, panting heavily... gripping the small launcher tightly... she looks down... maybe the wound wasn't as minor as she tought.. she could feel her foot getting wet and sticky as blood trickled down into her boot... oh well, it would soon be over anyway, and just a trip down to the infermatory and some stitches. She armed the small launcher. "Scott, take cover! Fire in the hole" she yelles about one second before she leans out, aims at the gun wielding extraterresrial and fires away. Loonie
<<Okey dokey. Now it's time to move forward - FAST forward. To about 1 day after this incident. So that people have a better chance at roleplaying >> Since the incident no one had ever seen Kacur anywhere around NAO. He only bothered to make an entry for the science lab but other than that no one had ever seen him anywhere. Ghost was taking care of the cleanup operations but even he had never spoken to Martin after the incident. People did however know where he was. Music was heard coming from his own office and it just didn't stop. It kept on and on, playing either calm, sad or emotional tunes. There also wasn't any food or drinks that was ever taken into the office either and people were beginning to worry that he had commited suicide. No one would know however as the "Do not disturb" sign was posted on an electronic message board outside the office. But with such a long time passing by people were getting very concerned. Perhaps even enough to go against that sign...
Strong Bob
<<Uh... Well that certainly brought the situation with Atzel and Scott to a screetching halt. Caster13
Terra sat, knees hugged to her chest and her chin on her arms, against the corridor wall. She starred at Lieutenant Kacur's office on the opposite side of the hallway. It hurt to breath, especially in the position she was in now. Against the doctor's orders she fired a few rifle rounds in the firing range earlier in the day. It didn't help the wounds at all, but Terra put her blank face back on when she got her bandages exchanged for fresh ones by Yorke a few minutes later. She loosened her sitting position a bit, but continued to stare at Kacur's closed door.
Loonie
<<heh heh. Seeing as how the roleplay isn't that special right now before the next sim I might as well reveal what Kacur is up to. Damn, you really have no sense for the "dramatic burst through the door despite orders so that an emotional scene can occur" idea, do you? Ah well. There are other ways though, thankfully. >> Time passed. Minutes quickly turned into hours as the music continued and to which only two people were listening in the whole universe. Terra felt like dozing off a bit, despite the pain, as her eyes slowly closed and her head lowered. But she did not descend her head completely and contemplated for a moment just what the team would see in Martin's room. Would they find him hanging from the ceiling? Would he be lying in a pool of blood? Or would he simply sit in his chair, motionless due to a heart attack. No one would ever find that out though as the doors opened quickly and her head jumped up and looked towards the Lieutenant. He had just stopped there in front of his office and took a deep breath, looking towards the wall in front of him until his eyes moved downwards, beginning to notice Terra's attention directed at him as she was huddled against the corridor wall. He gazed into the eyes and so did she. And they continued. Their eyes would not stop watching each other as all of NAO fell into silence for the two, both of them going through their thoughts about the other person. Martin's train of thought was one which would certainly not have been present before the last mission. "Of all the beings in NAO only she was waiting here out of concern for me." Martin's thoughts continued evolving further and further into the depths of the kindness that was expressed through this single act of hers. A tear began rolling down his cheek as his face began to change shape into a form that was never before present in his life. Emotions flowed through his body as he felt it slowly going its own way. Not the way that Kacur would've liked it to be, not the way that others would've, but in it's own special way that was only for Martin to experience. Another tear appeared coming down the other cheek yet his eyes did not blink once during all of this. He was losing control and he knew it. But for something as divine as appreciating kindness...he now knew he would've done it anytime and anywhere for anyone who would need it. <<Tag Fleche please.>>
Caster13
Terra's eyes stared into Lieutenant Kacur's for what seemed like the longest time. Without saying a word, she slowly got up. Once on her feet, she took the few steps towards Kacur but stopped once withins arms distance. She continued to stare at him with a blankface. Anger suddenly crossed her face. Martin Kacur saw the quick blur of a hand swiftly moving to lay a slap on his left cheek. The next thing he knew his head was looking slightly to the right, his vision was a tad blurred and his left cheek burned. He quickly looked around and saw Terra walking down the corridors away from him. When he thought things couldn't be worse, she started to yell outloud while walking away and not looking back, "What the hell was the point of that? To prove to yourself that somebody cares about you? Were you expecting us all to rush into your office after a mere day or two thinking that you might killed yourself you son of a bitch..." The anger filled yells trailed off as she got farther and farther away. << =P >>

Andrew_175
After spending a lot of his time in the communications booth timkering with the equipment and moving stuff about, he decided to take a stroll around the base, as a change of scenery. He was just passing the Lt's office when the door fdlew open and a very angry Terra, stormed out, yelling something that he could not hear over the music. Terra wasn't paying much attention to where she was going and barged straight into Necro, and sent him flying, which was quite surprising, as Necro was a large guy. "uuff" he moaned as he made contact with the wall and then slid down it. After a few seconds he shook his head and picked himself off the floor. "A definate Fox replacement" he exclaimed. Then he noticed that the door to the Lt's office was still wide open. In the simple state of making sure a superiour officer was not in danger he poked his head through the doorway and saw the Lt sitting on the floor holding his face. "You ok, Sir" Necro enquired as he knocked on the glass.
Loonie
"Go." Necro was rather intrigued by the scene that he saw and in order to observe it a bit more he asked: "Pardon me?" Martin however didn't feel the least bit like talking to anyone right now and thought to himself. "What is he doing here?! Is he going to tell me the same thing as Fleche? Well he doesn't have to, I already learned my lesson being told the first time." He then got up out of his chair with such speed that left Necro stumped and whilst doing so also hammered the table in front of him with his fist, the result of which caused him incredible pain in his wrist and also made Martin's knuckles bloody. But it didn't matter to him the least bit right now. He began shouting whilst moving quickly towards the Heavy Weapons Expert: "LEAVE DAMMIT! Don't you understand the meaning of the word go?!?! For CHRIST'S SAKE!! Get on out of here! RUN" He yelled as he slammed the button that closed the door shut to his office along with the music still playing in the background. He quickly turned around and with his back pressed against the closed door slowly slumped downwards to the floor along with his head lowered. As he made his way down at a slow pace he cringed his face and quietly repeated the lyrics of the music that was playing to himself: "But I'm a Creep..." Andrew_175
Necro staggered back into the hallway, "jeeese" he muttered "What side of whos coffin did he get out this morning" Necro was not best impressed about what the Lt said, but from what he could conclude from the situation that just occurued, Kacur had made people think he was dead, especially Fleche, who by now everyone could see she had a thing for him, glowing green bits and all. Turns out he wasn't dead after all, "well there goes one chance for a promotion" Necro said out loud to no-one inparticular, and went back to the situation in hand. Fleche was worried sick about him, and if she hadn't of stormed out of the Lt's office, Kacur would have probably been dead by her hands. "they're and odd couple" sighed Necro, "but I hope they get their problems sorted out, would be nice to have a little happiness around here, you never know, they could end up getting married". Necros mind instantly flashed up an image of the wedding party, Kacur in a suit, Fleche ina wedding gown, the CMDR in his priest robes, Jackson as the bridesmaid, Yorke crying like a baby, and other twisted images. He laughed, and went back off to the communications booth.
