Excavation Mission Issue

I've captured several regions with excavation sites and built them up with the scientific vehicle and for the first few it worked fine. I've had 4 misions now and got a couple of artifacts and a couple of weapons. However I now need martian artifact ne106 to research written martian language, the problem is I'm not getting any new missions even though I've captured regions with excavations and built them up. I've now reasearched everything I can but my terraforming is stuck on 62% i even tried putting speed up to max and ignoring all missions in other regions to see if they would pop up with time, all that happened is I lost several regions.

 

Any help anyone can give would be appreciated, the only reason I reinstalled the game was so I could actually complete it this time as I hate having games I've not finished.

Check Unavailable tab in research screen - it might give you a hint on something else you might need. Maybe you have that artifact but you are missing something - I think for this you need super computer addon ?
