na-itemlights.txt.txt - no file but entries exist, bug?

the file equipment.txt inside unmodded gamedata.vfs contains several entries like the one below

lights STR "tactical/configs/lights/na-itemlights.txt.txt"

strangly the file na-itemlights.txt.txt (or anything else with "na-lights") does not exist

or maybe i cant find it

 

is this a bug or am i missing something?

Many features could not be coded in for the release.

So maybe this entry calls for a missing file which couldn't be added in time.
