Polar MCD Footstep Fix (CE Version)

Description

Reintroduces the snow footstep sound effect for the polar landscape (it's otherwise set to a "normal" footstep sound). This fix probably only works with the Collector's Edition due to the way the sound files were changed around, so I wouldn't try to patch another version of the game with this.

Simply extract into your main game folder and if prompted to overwrite anything, answer "yes to all".
