Laser Balance and Missile Modification

THIS MODIFICATION HAS ONLY BEEN TESTED WITH THE RETAIL VERSION OF UFO: AFTERSHOCK. IT MIGHT NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH LATER VERSIONS.

This modification change many parameters for the laser weapons in UFO: Aftershock, as well as the missile launchers. Find more information in this forum post.
