Distribution

Jammers are spawned by the Biomass and are only ever found in territory controlled by the Biomass.

Tactical notes

Jammers are immobile, although they are capable of turning to face your soldiers.

As with most transgenants found on the Biomass, jammers use their psionic abilities to attack your soldiers. Their psionic weapons have good range but low damage potential, which means that they are not much of a threat to your soldiers.

It is not critical what weapons you use against jammers. The best tactic you can use in the Biomass is to hold your ground and gun down the mobile transgenants when they rush you. Then get your soldiers to walk around the map and pick off the immobile jammers and watchers.

Jammers can be taken alive, although they cannot be carried by your soldiers. A jammer will fall unconscious when its health is reduced to 1,000 hit points or below, 50% of the original total.
